释义	三考 sān kǎo古代官吏考绩之制。指经三次考核决定升降赏罚。指考试官员的三种项目。称旧时科举中的乡试、会试、殿试为三考。古代官吏以三次考绩决定升降赏罚的制度，称为「三考」。三载考绩，三考，黜陟幽明。《书经．舜典》言帝命群官之后，经三载，乃考其功绩，经三考则九载，黜陟幽明，明者升之，暗者退之。《唐．孔颖达．正义两衙多请告，三考欲成资。唐．白居易〈代书诗一百韵寄微之〉》
