释义	偏差理論 piān chā lǐ lùn研究偏差行为的理论。由涂尔干和墨顿提出，他们假定偏差行为是来自社会结构的缺陷，特别是文化价值与制度规范之间的矛盾。换句话说，就是当部分国民缺少适当的认可手段去达成社会上所赞许的价值目标时，这些人将在目标与手段上求其变通或偏差。如当一个人被拒绝或不公平地被剥夺就学、就业、晋升等的机会时，就作奸犯科，以期达到成功或扬名立万的目标。这派理论著眼于阶层间机会的不平等，故也称为「紧张理论」。
