释义	北港媽祖廟 běi gǎng mā zǔ miào云林县的朝天宫，供奉妈祖。为台闽地区的第二级古迹。初建于雍正八年，乾隆十六年重修，经不断扩充，方具今日规模。和大甲镇澜宫同是台湾最重要的妈祖寺庙，并为妈祖信仰中心。也称为「妈祖庙」、「天后宫」。
