匭院
guǐ yuàn
官署名。匦使院的省称。唐武后垂拱元年置，属中书省，以谏议大夫及补阙、拾遗一人为知匦使。设方函，四面分别涂青丹白黑四色，每日暮进晨出，列于署外。凡臣民有怀才自荐、匡政补过、申冤辩诬、进献赋颂者，均可以状分类投匦。至宋太宗雍熙元年，改匦院为登闻鼓院及登闻检院。参阅《唐六典》卷九、唐封演《封氏闻见记．匦使》。我国古代的民意搜罗机构。可将民意传达给朝廷，堪称为当今议院的前身。
