释义	合從 hé zòng亦作合纵。谓连接直行。指战国时，苏秦游说六国诸侯联合拒秦。秦在西方，六国地处南北，故称合从。泛指联合。战国时苏秦倡导联合楚、齐、燕、韩、赵、魏六国，共同抵抗秦国的政策。因六国地处南北，故名「合从」。日夜合离，以成文章。以能合从，又善连衡。⎣以致天下之士，合从缔交，相与为一。⎝《文选．贾谊．过秦论》二邦合从，东西唱和。《文选．孙楚．为石仲容与孙皓书》也作「合纵」。反连横合从
