執筆法
zhí bǐ fǎ
写毛笔字持笔的方法。前人所传的执笔法一般采用唐陆希声所传的擫、押、钩、格、抵五字法。擫是大拇指指肚部分紧贴笔管；押是食指与大拇指相对夹持笔管；钩是中指钩住笔管；格是无名指甲、肉相连处挡着笔管；抵是小指紧贴无名指以助之。五指之力，相互配合，执住笔管，其力才得平衡。此外，要求指实掌虚，掌竖腕平，腕和肘悬起。这样执笔写字，笔锋中正，运转容易，字迹圆满得势。
