塘沽协定
táng gū xié dìng
1933年，日本侵略军大举进攻长城各口，并经冷口、滦东地区直逼天津。5月31日，国民党政府派熊斌与日本关东军代表冈村宁次在塘沽今属天津签订卖国的停战协定，将冀东地区划为非武装区域。这样，日军在察北、冀东地区可自由出入，以便利其控制华北。这一协定史称《塘沽协定》。
