释义	孟宗泣筍 mèng zōng qì sǔn孟宗母病中喜吃笋，因时节正值冬季无笋可取，宗入竹林悲泣哀叹，笋竟为之而生。见第进士，调望江令，治以教化为本。访古迹，得王祥卧冰池、孟宗泣笋台，皆为筑亭。《三国志．卷四八．吴书．孙皓传》裴松之注引《吴录．楚国先贤传》。后人遂用来形容人子事亲尽孝，至诚感天，并将之列入二十四孝中。《宋史．卷三四八．沈畸传》也作「孟宗哭竹」、「哭竹生笋」。近孟宗哭竹、哭竹生笋
