释义	寝丘 qǐn qiū春秋时楚地名。在今河南固始、沈丘两县之间，以贫瘠着称。《吕氏春秋．异宝》:孙叔敖疾将死，戒其子曰:'王数封我矣，吾不受也。为我死，王则封汝，必受无利地。楚越之间，有寝之丘者，此其地不利，而名甚恶。荆人畏鬼而越人信禨，可长有者唯此也。'《史记．滑稽列传》:于是庄王谢优孟，乃召孙叔敖子，封之寝丘四百户，以奉其祀。后常以借喻贫瘠的土地。寢丘
