释义	巔疾 diān jí中医称头部疾患。《素问．宣明五气篇》:邪入于阳则狂，邪入于阴则痹。搏阳则为巅疾，搏阴则为喑。一说指癫狂之疾。指原发性癫癎。巅，通癫。古时泛指头部的各种疾病。人生而有病巅疾者，病名曰何？安所得之？歧伯曰：『病名胎病，此得之在母腹中时，其母有所惊气，上而不下，精气并居，故令子发为巅病也。』《黄帝内经素问．卷一三．奇病论》巅疾
