释义	打禪七 dǎ chán qī佛教仪式。为禅宗道场每年所进行为期七天的参禅修行活动。参加者透过七天密集的修行，期望能在这段时间内证悟解脱。「打禅七」以七日为一期，共进行四十九天，目的在由七日的修行中于定、慧二门等使专注于一境，决断疑念的精神作用中，求得开悟、应悟，一心不乱，则可往生净土。在中国传统，这项修行活动通常是从阴历十月十五日起至腊月八日止，共四十九天，在台湾则多以七天为期，时间也较自由。
