释义	执笔法 zhí bǐ fǎ寫毛筆字持筆的方法。前人所傳的執筆法一般採用唐·陸希聲所傳的“擫、押、鉤、格、抵”五字法。“擫”是大拇指指肚部分緊貼筆管；“押”是食指與大拇指相對夾持筆管；“鉤”是中指鉤住筆管；“格”是無名指甲、肉相連處擋着筆管；“抵”是小指緊貼無名指以助之。五指之力，相互配合，執住筆管，其力才得平衡。此外，要求指實掌虛，掌豎腕平，腕和肘懸起。這樣執筆寫字，筆鋒中正，運轉容易，字跡圓滿得勢。
