释义	捻亂 niǎn luàn清代咸丰、同治年间西元1852～1868发生于北方的民间动乱事件。原为安徽、河南一带的乡民点燃油纸捻玩龙戏来驱疫避灾，久而聚结成为盗匪，势力扩大至北方数省。首领为张洛行、张宗禹、赖文光，与太平军互相联络照应，行踪飘忽难以捉摸。同治六年(西元1866）分为东、西二股。西捻为左宗棠、李鸿章所平定，东捻则灭于曾国藩。
