释义	止觀 zhǐ guān停下来观看。佛教修行法门之一。“止”为梵文Samatha奢摩他的意译，意为扫除妄念，专心一境；“观”为梵文“毗钵舍那”的意译，意为在“止”的基础上发生智慧，辨清事理。佛教主张通过“止观”即可“悟”到“性空”而成佛。名一二分定者，或时但有寂处而无罪观；或有众观而非寂处；或时俱有，应知即是止观双运。《〈六门教授习定论〉》止观
