释义	溈仰宗 guī yǎng zōng佛教禅宗五家之一，唐代沩山灵佑禅师及其弟子仰山慧寂所创。因其先后在沩山在今湖南省醴陵市和仰山在今江西省宜春县发扬禅宗，自成一派，故名。至宋衰微。参阅《景德传灯录．灵佑禅师》。中国佛教禅宗的一派。因创始者是沩山灵祐和其弟子仰山慧寂，故称为「沩仰宗」。该派禅师教学的特色是在说法时，用手画一个圆圈，然后在圈中写一个字或画一个图案，来表示理事圆融，启发学者开悟。禅宗五家，以沩仰宗兴起最先，但衰亡也较早，于宋代即告衰微。沩仰宗
