释义	禪定 chán dìng佛教禪宗修行方法之一。一心審考爲禪，息慮凝心爲定。佛教修行者以爲靜坐斂心，專注一境，久之達到身心安穩、觀照明淨的境地，即爲禪定。又禪爲色界天之法，定爲無色界天之法。依其入定程度的淺深，並有四禪色界定、四定無色界定的區分。謂坐禪習定。禪定之心，正取所緣，名曰『思惟』，思心增進，說為『修習』。《大乘義章．卷一三》德語DhyanaSprachw
