释义	糧長 liáng cháng明清所设征收、解运所在粮区田粮的人员。由粮区内大户充当。职官名。明代所置乡官，掌管钱粮赋税的事务，多由富户充任。粮长者，太祖时，令田多者为之，督其乡赋税。《明史．卷七八．食货志二》江西南昌进贤县，有一人姓张名权，其祖上原是富家，报充了个粮长。《醒世恒言．卷二○．张廷秀逃生救父》粮长
