释义	酒娘子 jiǔ niáng zǐ酿造米酒时，以曲与蒸米相混合，放入密闭容器中，加水并不时搅拌，经繁殖酵母及充分发酵，所得到未经过滤渣滓的酒，称为「酒娘子」。因其含多量的酵母，故可酿造大量的醪。在洪武爷手里过日子，各样都好，二斗米做酒，足有二十斤酒娘子。《儒林外史．第九回》也称为「酒母」、「酒娘」。
