释义	醃臘 yān là把鱼、肉等用盐浸渍，然后风干、熏干。亦指腌制后风干或熏干的鱼、肉、鸡、鸭等。一种食品加工法。将肉品以酱汁盐液浸渍或涂抹调味料后以火熏烤，避免腐败。便空身走去山里寻几个麞鹿兽兔还家，腌腊起来，卖与客人。⎣以盐渍鱼，纳有楅室，糗干成薧，载入郡城，谓之腌腊。⎝《初刻拍案惊奇．卷三》腌腊
