释义	金奔巴 jīn bēn bā奔巴，藏语bum pa的音译，意为瓶。金奔巴指金瓶。清乾隆五十七年，创金奔巴制。一存于拉萨大招寺，凡达赖、班禅及藏内、青海各呼图克图圆寂后，经数年，将寻获的转世灵童之姓名、生辰，用满、汉、藏三种文字，缮签入金瓶内，由驻藏大臣监同抽掣；一存于北平雍和宫，内外蒙古之呼图克图，由理藩院行文，令其盟长将名字送京，入雍和宫金瓶内挈之。以确定其中一位灵童为该呼图克图的转世。
